Returns and Refunds
At Euodia, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any purchases. However, if the item you receive is damaged or defective, we are happy to offer an exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us of the damage within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Request an Exchange:
- Email our Customer Support team at euodiahome@gmail.com with the subject line "Exchange Request - Order #[Your Order Number]".
- Attach clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.
- Provide a brief description of the issue.

In-Store Exchanges Only:
Once your exchange request is approved, you will need to bring the item to our store for processing.
Important Notes
- Items that show signs of use, tampering, or are returned without prior approval will not qualify for an exchange.
- We do not cover shipping costs for damaged items brought to our store for exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, we will offer a similar product of equal value.
